Heath provides strategic governance, business development, and product design expertise to CPG. In the summer months, Heath is also is the chef, and founder of Metes & Bounds, a table-to-farm pop-up restaurant business in Sonoma, California. In the winter months, he is an avid skier and snowboarder and believes there is nowhere better to enjoy both than CPG. Heath splits his time between Alaska and the San Francisco Bay Area.
