Thank you for your interest in standby skiing options with Chugach Powder Guides. Submit your details on the standby form below, and you will be added to the standby list. Only one standby form needs to be filled out per group. We open seats on a regular basis when weather and groupings allow. There is no financial obligation to sign up.

Heli Day
Typically, helicopter seats become available between 6-8pm the evening prior to the requested day. Standby seat availability is based on group size, weights and skier ability. We may call to obtain more information before confirming any seats.
Preference goes to the right groupings and groups of four.

Snowcat Day
Snowcat skiing is primarily reserved as a backup option for our semi-private package guests. Snowcat standby seats become available in the morning, when the helicopters can fly. We will call guests from our standby list between 8-9am on the day of the trip to fill empty seats. If the weather is good, the chances of snowcat standby guests getting called are much greater.
The snowcat trip may be cancelled in the event that we have fewer than 10 participants.
