Seven Glaciers
Seven Glaciers is Alyeska Resort’s AAA Four Diamond award winning mountain-top luxury restaurant. Offering signature Alaskan entrees in an elegant atmosphere, the Seven Glaciers experience is extraordinary from start to finish. Your journey begins with a scenic aerial tram ride that takes you to 2,300 feet above sea level. Seven Glaciers’ menu emphasizes on locally available produce, seafood and game.
Sakura Asian Bistro
Sakura Asian Bistro is open Friday through Monday 5-10 pm offering a fun and modern dining experience with some of the best sushi in Alaska. Sakura features fresh seafood and meats that include Seasonal Alaskan Fish, Wagyu Beef and King Crab Tempura along with their not-to-be-missed specialty cocktails.
Aurora Bar & Grill
You can dine at Aurora Bar & Grill for lunch or dinner. They are open from 11am – 11pm daily. The Aurora Bar & Grill specializes in refined comfort food in a family atmosphere. From fresh Alaskan seafood to specialty pizzas and gourmet sandwiches, there is a variety of options on the menu to suit everyone.
Forte Alaska
Located inside Hotel Alyeska. Dine at the casual, elevated new Italian restaurant overlooking the pond. With a modern take on Italian classics, enjoy fresh, quality ingredients from house-made pastas to locally sourced seafood and meats. You’ll find a new favorite for everyone.
Bore Tide Deli
Bore Tide Deli is located at the top of the resort and is a self-serve restaurant. Glacier Express opens daily for lunch.
Sitzmark Bar and Grill
The Sitzmark Bar and Grill is the restaurant at the base of Alyeska and is the spot for après. They have a selection of draft beers, full bar menu, and lunch and dinner menu. On Friday and Saturdays there is always live music.
